𝗕𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝗗𝗮𝘆

Team building is an essential practice for strengthening cohesion and collaboration between members of a company. At Xpert-Meca, we organized a cycling outing in the town of Hergla in Sousse for our team. This experience was an opportunity to strengthen our team spirit and enjoy the fresh air while discovering the wonders of this town.

𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗷𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘆

Our tour started early in the morning, with our 20-member team ready for adventure. We all donned our sports gear and hopped on our bikes to begin our journey. We covered around 40 km, passing through picturesque landscapes and traditional villages. We made several stops to enjoy the views, take photos and rest.

𝗔𝗿𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗮𝗹 𝗶𝗻 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗴𝗹𝗮:

We finally reached our destination: the town of Hergla. We had the opportunity to discover the beauty of this coastal town, known for its fishing port, old medina and narrow streets. We took time to visit the sights and enjoy the beach before setting off again.

This cycling trip was an unforgettable experience for our team. We shared moments of conviviality and mutual support, strengthening our team spirit. We also learned about the importance of cohesion and communication in our daily work. The outing was a complete success, and we're all looking forward to repeating the experience.
